As per the new HMRC Requirements, information about company's payroll has to be updated to the HMRC in Real Time. This means more work in a well informed and timely manner via techniques to meet the deadlines.

Our advices and tips are:
 
1. Plan ahead, see what's new and what's gone and don't miss deadlines.
 
2. Review the current information. Many a times the current details of employee's names, addresses, dates of birth, NI details might not be correct. This is the best time to review them, correct them and fill any missing information.
 
3. Stay up-to-date. The RTI system is just beginning to take effect, the HMRC might make some changes in the requirements or procedures. Make sure you keep up-to-date with them.
